I’m alive!
mkm-photo has gone under quite a few changes over the past year! Welcome back!
We are now Michelle McSwain Photography Inc based out of New York! My new site should be up and running next week and you can already see some of the changes here on my blog (new logo, style). I am so excited to get everything under way!
I’ve been all over the place the past year. I’ve moved into a new loft in an amazing old warehouse in Brooklyn, where I’ve painted an entire wall a chalkboard and hung kelly green curtains on my 15foot windows. It’s a lovely house…now home. I’ve been to the west coast, visited LA, drove up highway 1 to San Fran, drank wine in Napa, spent a weekend at a beautiful 1800s house in the Poconos, a weekend in Milwaukee, and a week in Louisville. Shot slide film with my Holga, shot with my Large Fuji Instax as well as my new Mini Instax, shot with my antique Argus, and kept it real with my Canon 5D.
With summer here, I’ll be traveling even more and shooting. Hope you enjoy some of the photos of what I call my life.
